Do you prescribe medication?
We are not licensed to prescribe medication. We can make a referral to a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner who can evaluate your problem to see if medication would be helpful.
I think I need therapy, but don’t know where to start?
This is not an unusual feeling. The fact that you are searching on the internet or came to my website is a good sign. Sometimes we know something is not quite right, but we can’t put our finger on what exactly is bothering us. Call us or come in and we will talk about this, and see if we can get a clearer picture.
How long will therapy take?
This is a difficult question because the best form of therapy is both a science and art. After a couple of sessions, we will have a good idea of how many sessions it should take before things begin to change.
How can payment be made?
Payment is made by check or cash at the start of each appointment.
Financial policies--How much do you charge for individuals or couples?
$160 for a 90 minute initial intake session (couples and individuals)
$130 - 50 minute regular individual adult psychotherapy session
$140 - 50 minute couple session
